Key Responsibilities: - Design and produce a wide range of visual content, including logos, banners, infographics, social media graphics, brochures, and web layouts. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to create cohesive and engaging visuals. - Translate business and marketing objectives into creative strategies and designs. - Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and meet project deadlines. - Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval. - Revise designs based on stakeholder feedback and finalize for production or publication. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a professional setting. - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. - Experience with creating digital and print designs. - Ability to work from concept to completion, including creating wireframes, mockups, and final assets. - Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles. - Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with video editing and motion graphics. - Familiarity with UI/UX design principles. - Knowledge of web design, including HTML and CSS. - Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
